    The first champion was Buddy Rogers he won the championship in 1963 this was when it started out for NWA that stands for New World Alliance.

The NWA eventually turned to WWWF that stands for World Wide Wrestling Federation.  The owner of WWWF is Vincent Kennedy Machmon Jr. His dad was the owner until he died before WWWF began. The first show was in New York City that is where it all started.

    Mr. Machon soon decided it would be the best to drop one of the W’s which would means it would be WWF that stands for World Wrestling Federation. It seemed that it was heading in the right direction because Mr. Machmon got great wrestlers like Hollywood Hogan which turned into Hulk Hogan later in his career. He also had Rocky Johnson which also changed to the Rock he was one of the best champions that the world had ever seen.

    There was a different company going which was called WCW which stands for World Championship Wrestling. Shane Machmon the son of Vincent Machmon bought WCW and now it was a rivalry between WCW and WWF every week WCW invaded Raw which was WWF show and WWF invaded WCW and there was a battle for two year until Eric Bischoff bought WCW from Shane Machmon.

    The uprising of D-generation-X

    Dx was started off with four people they were Triple H, Shaun Michaels, Chyna who was triple h's bodyguard and X-Pac.  They were one of the most exciting tag teams in WWF history. They later added Rick Rude. WWF then turned to WWE which stands for World Wrestling Entertainment.
         The WWE is a very entertaining and they got very young talent like John Cena , Randy Orton, Edge, Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy and Batista.

     Edge and Randy Orton became a tag team after Randy Orton was with Batista, Triple h and Ric Flair which was called evolution. The tag team of Edge and Randy Orton name was Rated RKO. Edge’s finisher is the Spear and Randy Orton’s is the RKO.

     Rated RKO was always going after DX which is now with Triple H and Shaun Michaels. They went after each other for a long time and in the process of that time they beat Dx for the World Tag Team Championship. Shaun Michaels finisher was Sweet Chin Music.

    John Cena was the WWE champion for a year after he beat so many guys to retain his title. Then he lost his title to Randy Orton and during the match he torn his pectoral muscle and he was out for 4 months of his 10 months he came back and won the royal rumble to go for the title. His finisher is STFU and The FU.

     Triple H won at No Way Out and won so he is going to wrestle at Wrestlemania 24 for the belt along with John Cena and Randy Orton. Triple H ‘s finisher is the Pedigree.

    Jeff Hardy is the one of the highfliers who risks his body for championships. Right now he is the Intercontental Champion. His finishers are the twist of Fate the whisper in the wind and Swanton Bomb.

    Matt Hardy is Jeff Hardy’s older brother. Matt’s finisher is the Twist of Fate. He was tag team champions with MVP also with his brother Jeff the won the World Tag team championship.


    The Big Show is a 7 feet tall and weighs 430 pounds he recently just came back after taking a year off to try to become a boxer. His finisher is the Chokeslam. He won the World Tag team championship with Kane and they had those belts for about a year. He has been the ECW champion, the World Heavyweight Champion and the WWE champion.

    Rey Mysterio is a masked man the only masked wrestler left in the WWE. He has been the Cruiserweight champion and he has also been the World Heavyweight Champion. His finisher is the 619 and West coast pop.


    Batista was with evolution the other wrestlers who were in evolution where Triple H, Randy Orton and Ric Flair. He has won the tag team championship with Ric Flair and he also won the World Heavyweight Championship four different times. His finisher is the Batista Bomb and the Spine Buster.

    The Undertaker is undefeated at WrestleMania he is 15-0.  He has won the World Heavyweight Championship and the tag team championships many times. His finisher is the choke slam, the last ride, and the tombstone. 

    Kane used to wear a mask and that was when he had long hair.  He is also known as the Big Red Machine. He has won the WWE championship and the World Tag team champion with The Big Show. Now he doesn’t wear a mask and has little hair left. His finisher is the Choke slam.
       
        The last wrestler I’m going to talk about is CM punk. Cm punk is on ECW and he was the ECW champion until he lost it. His know for his drug-free straightedge life style. His finishers are Go To Sleep and Anaconda Vise.
