Blues, Jazz and Country
Blues is the
representation of woe, and it spawned rock (Your welcome). Jazz is a
more cheery style of music, and it uses a more up-beat tempo, with
piano,
trumpets, and a lot of other brass instruments. Country is kind of like
a musical version of telling someone you miss your girlfriend, and it
uses loss, and redemption in its themes. One of Blues' greatest
musician was Robert Johnson, and he is credited with the legend of a
musician selling his soul to the devil for talent, and some beleive
that's exactly what he did.
